The revolution will not be motorised

Spent the day confirming my mechanical ineptness at the Manchester branch of Edinburgh Cycle Co-op (where my bike came from in the first place) on their bike maintenance course. I thought it was about time I gave them a plug as I’ve always been really impressed with their service (and patience).
